KPM Franklin has been contracted by Advent Health to provide due diligence analysis, conceptual engineering, site planning, civil engineering design, permitting assistance and construction phase services to develop the 2.4-acre site for ER and health park buildings on U.S. Highway 192 at Partin Settlement Road in Osceola County. Advent Health is building a two-story 36,000 square-foot medical office building and single-story 18,000 square-foot hospital-based emergency department (HBED) facility with 24 rooms, both with parking and supporting infrastructure.
