In the first phase on 32 acres located north of Traditions Boulevard, KPM Franklin has conducted surveys for boundary & topographic, platting, retaining wall elevation and staking, initial condominium exhibits and ALTA/NSPS and construction staking for clubhouse, pool and cabana amenities, hub office, 13 of 52 three-story condominium buildings, parking, sidewalks and golf cart paths.
When the second phase begins on 14 acres located south of Traditions Boulevard, KPM Franklin will continue providing survey services for parking, sidewalks, cart paths and 22 three-story condominium buildings, parking, sidewalks and golf cart paths.
